Screenshot to Excel
Turn a table screenshot into a spreadsheet.
Paste a price list, a grade sheet, a dashboard, or any rows and columns. You get cells you can edit, plus an Excel file and a CSV.

Reading starts on the next page. The picture stays on this device.
How to use it
- Crop the screenshot so the table fills the picture, including the header row.
- Paste it here. The next page builds the grid. Click any cell that was misread.
- Download Excel or CSV, or copy the cells straight into Google Sheets.
What works best
Straight columns with clear gaps work best. Merged cells, heavy borders, and tiny type can split a row the wrong way. Fix those cells before you download. Numbers are kept as text so invoice codes and leading zeros survive.
Questions
Will this replace Excel’s Data from Picture?
It does the same job in the browser, without a Microsoft 365 account. You can open the download in Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice.
Can I correct a wrong cell?
Yes. The grid is editable. Download after you fix it.
What if the picture is a paragraph, not a table?
Use screenshot to text. Excel mode looks for columns, so a sentence can land in one cell or several.
